Rob Halford might start an OnlyFans account, but not for the reason you think it’s for.
In a new interview with Classic Rock, the Judas Priest frontman shared the idea he had one night when he couldn’t sleep: To show off his cat in an OnlyFans account:
“It was four o’clock in the morning and I couldn’t sleep because of my insomnia. I thought: ‘Maybe I should tell people that I’m going to start an OnlyFans.’ I’d borrow a cat and hold it against my nether regions: ‘You thought you were going to get c*ck but you got p*ssy.’”
Halford’s Love For Cats
It’s no wonder that Halford ended up dreaming about starting an OnlyFans page with cats involved. If you scroll through his Instagram feed, you’ll find about 65 percent of it is cat-related: pictures and videos of cats being silly, and pictures of him wearing cat-related t-shirts. During the same interview, he discussed his love for cats:
“Cats are beautiful. They look so cute and cuddly, yet they’re so incredibly fierce and independent: ‘I’ve just took a sh*t, clean this up. I got so engrossed with my previous cat that I never wanted to leave the house without him. You can’t take a cat on the tour bus. They’d just wreak havoc.”
Although his love for cats is big, he doesn’t own one for now.
Halford Donated To A Kitten Charity
The rocker’s love for cats is reflected in his actions too.
In 2022, various rockers came together to support Los Angeles’s Kitten Rescue by donating items for their charity auction. Items included Halford’s autographed HISS t-shirt and Full Moon Kitty t-shirt, Slash’s autographed top hat and Epiphone guitar, an autographed drumhead and drumsticks from John Tempesta, a private guitar lesson with Tracii Guns, a Schecter Elite Evil Twin C-1 6-string guitar, and other cat-themed products.
This wasn’t the first and the last time the rocker donated to Kitten Rescue. The next year, Halford donated his Cat-mas shirt, and Slash donated a signed ‘Use Your Illusion I’ record.
