The rocker took to X to reply to a fan’s question about their new song. Although Sixx writes most of the songs for the band, the bassist didn’t get all the credit this time. When the fan asked who wrote the new song, Sixx replied:
“We did.”

A New Phase For Mötley Crüe
Mötley Crüe announced that they were entering a new phase with their upcoming track. It’s their first new song since Mick Mars took a break from touring in 2022. They teased the song on social media with an eerie image. In the picture, all members appear like zombies, lined up on a deserted road with smoke in the background.
The track is the band’s first song with John 5.
John 5 Isn’t Included In Business Part
The rockers announced they signed up with Big Machine Records an hour after they announced the track. They shared the news of the deal with a new video on YouTube and it meant a fresh start for Crüe. However, in the video, they complete the deal by getting the signatures of Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee, and Vince Neil. John 5 doesn’t appear in the video, and his signature is not taken. The video might sign that John 5 is not included in the band’s business decisions.
We did.
