Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose has launched his own official website.
The new website stirred up curiosity among Guns N’ Roses fans about what he might have planned solo. On the site, you’ll find only three articles under the news section, all centered on Guns N’ Roses’ latest single, ‘The General.’
All the social media links on the website lead to his personal platforms.
As for GNR’s tour plans for this year, there’s nothing certain yet. This would mark the first year they haven’t hit the stage since 2016 when Slash and Duff McKagan rejoined.
What Fans Think Of The Website
While both Slash and McKagan continue their solo work, this new website has revealed ideas that Axl may be preparing a solo project outside of the band. Fans on Reddit discussed the matter. Most commenters said they would love to see new solo music or a book by Rose. One fan even said he might be getting into a new wine business.
McKagan and Slash’s Solo Plans
Slash is going on tour shortly after confirming the upcoming release of his blues album ‘Orgy of the Damned.’
Slash’s S.E.R.P.E.N.T. festival will feature an all-star lineup celebrating blues and rock ‘n’ roll music across North America. The tour is set to begin on July 5 at the KettleHouse Amphitheater in Bonner, MT, and will wrap up on August 17 at the Texas Trust CU Theatre in Grand Prairie, TX.
Similarly, McKagan revealed plans for a UK and European tour to support his latest album, ‘Lighthouse.’ The Guns N’ Roses bassist will headline 15 shows across 11 countries. The tour will start at the Academy in Dublin, Ireland on September 30 and end in Stockholm, Sweden on October 22.
