    The Kinks’ Dave Davies Shows Support To Liam Gallagher After ‘Vocal Troubles’

    Dave Davies backed Liam Gallagher on X after his ‘vocal issues.’

    The guitarist shared a video of the Oasis singer performing ‘Live Forever’ from Reading and Leeds Festival and wrote, “Sounds cool to me. Have a good tour, Liam.”

    A fan asked Davies in the comment section, “How do you like Oasis, Dave?” “I think they’re cool,” the rocker replied to the user.

    Gallagher also performed a short set at the Anthony Joshua vs. Daniel Dubois boxing match on September 21. This was his first show since the Oasis reunion announcement a few weeks ago.

    He sang in front of about 96,000 fans and played three Oasis songs: ‘Rock ‘N’ Roll Star,’ ‘Cigarettes and Alcohol,’ and ‘Supersonic.’ Some people criticized Gallagher right away.

    “Good job Liam Gallagher sold those tickets early doors!” ESPN commentator Rob Palmer wrote on X. “All those fools that have spent thousands on Oasis tickets for next year. Liam Gallagher sounds crap at Wembley tonight. Enjoy suckers….” another user said.

    One other person commented, “I don’t think there’s been a worse performance at Wembley than what Liam Gallagher just had.”

    Liam took to X to respond to the criticisms, “To all those SH*TCUNTS who were crying about my ANGELIC TONES last night you ain’t real fans your just IMPOSTERS. And if you do have tickets you wanna get rid off I’ll gladly take them off your hands we don’t want the likes of you at our concerts nxt year any way LF*CKING.”

    During the performance, Liam kept pointing to the sound team. He explained why on X when a fan asked him, “Yes 3 guitars on that stage and couldn’t hear 1 bumbaclart.” When someone asked why he missed the first line of the song, Gallagher replied again, “Couldn’t hear guitars all 3 of them.”

    Oasis’ guitarist, Bonehead, joined Gallagher on stage. There are rumors that he could be part of the reunion. The Oasis Live 25 world tour has sold out its first 14 stadium dates for next summer in Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh, and Dublin.
