In a new tweet, Sebastian Bach reached out to Scotti Hill after Skid Row reunion comments.
“Photo of actual last time in a room together,” the rocker wrote in the caption of his post where he shared a photo of Hill.
Bach is still hoping for a Skid Row reunion. He recently posted on Instagram, comparing a possible reunion with Skid Row to Oasis’ recent comeback. He shared a photo of Liam and Noel Gallagher with the caption, “The reunion we got…”
The same picture also included a photo of the former Skid Row members with the caption, “The reunion we wanted.” On a recent podcast, Hill also talked about finding a new singer after Erik Grönwall left the band.
“We are looking at some people. We’ve got a nice list of people that we’re gonna sit down with,” Hill noted. “And we’re continuing to look. But it’s not like Smashing Pumpkins and we’re just inviting the whole world in to throw their tapes on our desk. That’s a little over the top.”
Then, he also discussed fans wanting a reunion with Bach, explaining, “Well, they’re never gonna stop asking [about a reunion]. But for me, and I think I can speak for the other guys, it’s just a simple quality-of-life issue. People are, like, ‘Just put your differences aside and do it.’ Well, I don’t wanna do it. There are no differences. I don’t wanna do it. I don’t wanna be in the room with somebody that I don’t like.”
Hill isn’t the only one who thinks a reunion with Bach isn’t possible. “It’s not gonna happen,” Dave ‘Snake’ Sabo said in a separate chat. “And I say the same thing every time. I’m thankful that people have such an interest in wanting to see that happen, but I also have to reiterate that this is about being happy in the situation that you’re in. So I’ll speak for myself personally.”
Rachel Bolan also said Skid Row is working on new music and looking for a new singer, but Bach isn’t being considered. They’re auditioning new singers and may have some friends join them for a few shows.
