Sammy Hagar just announced new dates for the Best of All Worlds Tour featuring Michael Anthony, Joe Satriani, and Kenny Aronoff on social media.
The caption of a video on Hagar’s official Instagram page read, “What happens in Vegas… stays in Vegas⁇ That’s gonna be The Best of All Worlds Tour! ‘The Best of All Worlds Stays in Vegas – The Las Vegas Residency’ lands at Dolby Live at Park MGM April 30 – May 17. Don’t miss all your favorite hits live – exclusively in Vegas! Tickets on sale Friday at 10 AM PT. Redheads presale starts Tue 11/19 at 10 am PT.”
In the clip, the singer said nine shows were planned, adding, “Oh my God, I can’t wait. Mikey in the house! Joe Satriani in the house! Kenny Aronoff in the house! Yours truly.”
“We got time to rehearse instead of travel, travel, travel,” he noted before teasing about their upcoming setlist, “We can actually play a different song every night, get deep into the catalog. Van Halen, Van Hagar, Sammy, Montrose, Chickenfoot, you name it! All of it! Two places in the world where I guarantee you’ll have a good time: Cabo San Lucas [and] Las Vegas. C’mon, are you ready? See you there.”
Hagar’s band, which has been performing Van Halen songs worldwide since earlier this year, originally featured Jason Bonham on drums.
Bonham left the tour during the final leg because of his mother’s health issues, and Aronoff stepped in as his replacement.
Hagar previously mentioned that Bonham would return to the lineup when he could, but Aronoff became a permanent member after the Japanese dates. The drummer confirmed he wouldn’t return on X, saying, “Sammy has decided to carry on with Kenny.”
Bonham is now getting ready for a U.S. tour with his band JBLZE (Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening).
The Las Vegas residency of Hagar’s Best of All Worlds Tour starts on April 30, 2025.
