Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke has called out Motionless In White with a controversial meme.
The rocker took to Instagram stories to share a Reel from another user about the LGBTQ+ community and non-binary people.
“New Motionless In White just dropped,” Radke wrote with the video. In the video he shared, a user sarcastically sings a song about supporting non-binary people.
It started when Motionless In White openly showed support for the community. However, this didn’t sit well with Radke, who later said in a statement, “Motionless in White is just Breaking Benjamin for trans people.”
The spat between MIW and Radke has been going on for a while. Though Radke doesn’t seem to have an issue with the band itself, he has issues with the frontman Chris Cerulli.
Radke shared a story on his Instagram account, including a short video from another account. The Falling In Reverse frontman resembled the man in the video to Cerulli and mocked him: “This looks more like Chris Motionless than Chris Motionless looks like Inspector Gadget.”
Radke’s Instagram story came two months after he spoke about the tension with the MIW frontman. “It’s not like a beef. The actual members are cool, I have a problem with Chris,” he explained in an interview. “He doesn’t respond and people think that’s his silence, [and that it] means he doesn’t care. Oh, he cares. He’s not responding because it’s like Kendrick [Lamar] and Drake. You don’t want to respond to it.”
Radke also previously shared that this wasn’t his only issue with the MIW frontman. After Radke accused Motionless In White on X of copying their ‘Popular Monster’ music video, a user argued that anyone could make a music video with werewolves. Radke responded by pointing out that they used the same director.
