“I don’t really plan it out. I really go with it. Like today, I feel freaking good because I’m in Victoria’s Secret,” the social media star said in 2023. “I look good. I feel sexy. My boyfriend told me I look good.”
On Wednesday, Bader duetted the year-old interview clip in her glamorous ensemble for the fashion show’s 2024 return. As she mouthed along to her own words, she showed off her crimson curve-hugging Norma Kamali gown with a low back.

In the caption, the content creator applauded both of her bold looks between years.
“Looked fire last year, looking fire this year,” she wrote, adding, “But I’m the only one who needs to tell myself that.”
In August, Bader on Instagram in a about how she’s received criticism on both sides of the spectrum, with some calling her “too big” and others calling her “too small” in different contexts.
“I hide a lot of my comments on here for my own mental health. Words like ‘fat’ ‘whale’ ‘obese’ ‘skinny’ ‘tiny’ to name a few,” she wrote alongside a video of her trying on various outfits over the years. “But of course I still see them and it’s hard to see the constant conversation about my body on this app, because I also wonder, why does that need to be the most important thing about me?”
She continued, “Last august, I was too big for society, the closest people to me, and a bad example to the world…this august I am too small for my community, too small for some brands, but still too big for many, and STILL too big for society.”

She admitted that her vision of herself remains constant since she said her body has “fluctuated” for so much of her life. “My brain has never caught up with knowing if I was bigger or smaller or what I actually looked like. It was everyone on the outside telling me that for me,” Bader added.
The Fangirl by Remi founder concluded by saying that she hopes to one day talk about the “immense amount of trauma” related to her body that she endured in the past year.
“I am a lot bigger than my body and will always be the same Remi no matter what I weigh, and that I am sure of,” she finished.
