Reese Witherspoon’s Sneaker Heels Are from the Brand Hoda Kotb Is ‘Never’ Taking Off — and New Colors Just Dropped

There are some heels you just can’t wait to peel off, and then there are the ones Reese Witherspoon flashed recently on the set of The Morning Show.

While shooting the AppleTV+ series, the 48-year-old actress raved about her swanky heel sneakers from Sneex, a new business venture from Sara Blakely, the creator of the editor-loved and celeb-worn brand Spanx. 

Despite only dropping in August, Sneex shoes have proven to be popular. All colors of The Icon style, which Witherspoon was wearing in black, have sold out. But the brand just dropped a new Indigo color for The Icon — along with two more shades, Taupe and Red, of The Tepper heel sneakers.

There are three styles of Sneex — The Blake, The Tepper, and The Icon — each of which “mixes the comfort of a sneaker with the fun of a high heel,” according to the brand. They also claim these heels fix everything that’s wrong with others on the market. 

Better weight distribution and support play a big role in their design, and also the toe box, which is designed to prevent squeezing and crowding. Also, standard shoelaces are replaced by an adjustable strap that can be secured in seconds.

Other celebrities are also already showing their support for these unique new kicks. “They’re so comfortable, I could wear them anywhere,” said Hoda Kotb on Today with Hoda & Jenna. “I’m never taking them off as long as I live.” Meanwhile, Jane Fonda, who doesn’t “wear high heels anymore,” as she shared on Instagram, says she “can wear Sneex very comfortably.”

A pair of Sneex ranges in cost from $395 to $595. The materials include Nappa leather, breathable mesh, and fall-ready suede.
