Greer stars in the new movie, ‘The Best Christmas Pageant Ever’
Judy Greer swiped a certain keepsake from the set of her 2004 movie 13 Going on 30.
In an exclusive conversation with PEOPLE, Greer, 49, reveals she took a coffee mug with the logo of Poise magazine, where her character Lucy worked alongside ‘s Jenna.
“I fully stole it,” she says, laughing. “And I love it so much. I used to actually drink coffee out of it, but now I don’t because I’m afraid I’ll break it.”
Despite not being used, the mug still sits on Greer’s coffee cup shelf. “It makes me happy because I go to that shelf many times a day,” Greer continues. “So it’s better actually than being on a shelf in a place where I wouldn’t see it. I see my coffee mugs more than most other things in my house.”
Greer, who stars in the new movie, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, shares more with PEOPLE for One Last Thing:
Last beauty hack I learned
Taking a contact lens case and putting a cream blush in one side and concealer in the other. It’s great and fits in the tiniest evening bag.
Last time my dog made me laugh
I was outside on my Peloton, and Mary Richards was leaning on the door — that’s how badly she wanted to be with me. Her butt was totally up against it.
Last fashion faux pas
On Saturday I walked with my friends to the farmers market. I looked down, and I was wearing my slippers. It was like, “Here it goes — I’m that old lady now.”
Last time I was starstruck
I just worked with Owen Wilson, and he’s in so many of my favorite movies, like Zoolander. It was really hard not to quote him back to him all day long.
The Best Christmas Pageant Ever is now in theaters.
