Fans have waited patiently for the latest Wallace and Gromit adventure, Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl, and it looks like our patience has very much paid off. Netflix’s new Wallace and Gromit outing continues a coveted trend held by few franchises, with Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl joining previous outings Wallace & Gromit in The Wrong Trousers, Wallace & Gromit: A Grand Day Out, and Wallace & Gromit: A Close Shave in achieving a perfect 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. While the 2005 movie Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit didn’t quite reach perfection, it still managed to achieve a hugely impressive 95%.
David Opie of Radio Times awards Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl a perfect score of 5/5 and calls the movie “as sharp as cheddar.”
“With a script as sharp as cheddar and a voice cast to match (including Ben Whitehead, Peter Kay, Lauren Patel and Lenny Henry), the movie’s lean 79-minute runtime flies by faster than you’d like, but only because it’s so good.”
Another perfect score of 5/5 comes courtesy of Ian Sandwell of Digital Spy, who cannot wait to watch the latest Wallace and Gromit adventure again and again.
“Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl is just another cracking outing for the loveable duo that you’ll want to watch again and again.”
Jacob Fisher of Discussing Film also had nothing but love for Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl, giving the movie another 5/5 and declaring that it’s everything fans could have hoped for.
“With a moral lesson that’s finely tuned to today’s pop culture climate, directors Nick Park and Merlin Crossingham make Wallace & Gromit’s long-awaited return feel like a warm hug from old friends. After 16 years, that’s all fans could really ask for.”
MovieWeb’s own Julian Roman, meanwhile, applauds the return of Feathers McGraw and praises the pitch perfect pacing of this latest escapade.
“Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl nails the perfect pacing. The film clocks in at a lightning fast 80 minutes. You’re glued to the screen from the opening frame, giggling like a tickled hyena throughout, and then the credits roll before you have to pee from laughing so hard.”
Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl Is the Perfect Cozy Animated Tale
Helen O’Hara of Empire gives the animated outing a near-perfect 4/5, and praises Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl for maintaining the heart as well as the jokes.
“It’s delightful to see these characters again, particularly the long-suffering Gromit, and if the jokes don’t come quite as thick and fast as before, the beating heart beneath the clay remains intact.”
Ryan Gaur of IGN gives out another near-perfect score of 9/10 and could not get enough of this wonderfully “cozy” tale.
“Vengeance Most Fowl picks up where the last Wallace & Gromit film left off with a hilarious, fresh, cozy tale.”
Finally, because even the most optimistic of us can only take so much gushing positivity, Pete Hammond of Deadline declares Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl “witty and winning.”
“The stop motion animation and detailed character design and execution is nothing short of wonderful, and the script by Mark Burton, who developed the story over several years with Park, is witty and winning.”

Band of Misfits). You can check out the official synopsis below.
“Aardman’s four-time Academy Award®-winning director Nick Park and Emmy Award-nominated Merlin Crossingham return with a brand new epic adventure, Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl. In this next installment, Gromit’s concern that Wallace is becoming too dependent on his inventions proves justified, when Wallace invents a “smart” gnome that seems to develop a mind of its own. When it emerges that a vengeful figure from the past might be masterminding things, it falls to Gromit to battle sinister forces and save his master… or Wallace may never be able to invent again!”
