While the Minnesota Timberwolves bested the Los Angeles Lakers last night at Crypto.com Arena, the clear winner at the game was Megan Thee Stallion, who sat courtside in a plunging top and cargo pants — and managed to steal the spotlight from the action on the hardwood.
Meg, who is kicking off her 2024 Hot Girl Summer Tour on May 14 in Minneapolis, took a break from prepping (and posting some amazing videos on Instagram) to take in the basketball game. And while she’s no stranger to a plunging neckline, last night’s top may be the lowest one ever, with her full sternum on display, her bellybutton ring sparkling in the arena lights, and her bodysuit tucked into her Kim Possible-approved baggy cargo pants.
Megan finished the look with a retina-searing neon-yellow Hermès Birkin bag and a pair of black pointy-toed pumps, which peeked out from the hem of her wide-leg cargos. She wore he hair with a side swoop fringe and finished off the all-black, monochrome look with huge hoops and a wrist full of shimmering diamond bracelets. She kept her makeup low-key with a rosy beige lip color with dark liner paired with a natural-looking sculpted eye with a bronzey wing.
Meg’s game-day appearance comes hot on the heels of her latest collaboration with Nike. As part of the duo’s ongoing partnership, the rapper is encouraging everyone to get into a Hottie State of Mind whether they’re working out or kicking back.
“To have a Hottie State of Mind means to be unapologetically you,” Meg told Well+Good. “Just to have fun and stand in your truth.”
Nike explains that being in that singular state of mind as having “an energy, an attitude, and a new way to move. It’s how you show up for yourself and others. It’s loving and being kind to yourself and prioritizing your physical and mental health. And it’s always walking with your head held high — because hotties know being your best starts from within.”
The latest drop from Meg and Nike include workout-ready sports bras and leggings, which are available in sizes XS to 3X so everybody can get a piece of the action, as well as a pair of ombré Air Max 97s that are perfect for the gym and courtside photos.
“I look to wear things that make me feel confident. That make me feel strong. That make me feel like a superhero,” Megan said of the new collection.
