Megan Fox is feeling the blues.
When it comes to all things makeup, hair and nails, the Transformers actress, 37, can pull off almost any aesthetic (which not many people can do). So, when she was deciding on a look for Machine Gun Kelly’s 34th birthday party, she went for something a little sparkly and a lot unexpected.
Two days after the bash, Fox took to Instagram with a series of photos of her sparkly faux teardrop eye makeup, which pro Jenna Kristina created using adhesive crystals. Kristina arranged the gemstones under Fox’s black eyeliner and made them look like they were dripping down her cheeks.
The rest of her makeup included a thick winged eyeliner, glittery champagne eyeshadow and plump glossy lips.
“Don’t cry tears we cry diamonds,” Fox wrote of her look on Instagram.
Leaving no detail out, the mom of three and poetry author teamed up with nail artist Brittany Boyce, who designed her two-toned blue stiletto-shaped talons that appear to have a turquoise translucent top coat.
The set conveniently matched Fox’s electric blue extensions for an over-the-top, matchy-matchy beauty moment. “I might as well run through all the colors before I go brown,” she told PEOPLE of her hair transformation at Coachella.
Fox kept her outfit casual in a black crop top, jacket, baggy pants and Vans shoes. The exception to the pared-down ‘fit was the maximalist beaded choker that she layered on top of another thick chain by Ahava Jewels. She decorated that with a large safety pin charm.
The outfit was seen in a photo Fox took with MGK, which he shared to his Instagram. It shows the two of them smiling and posing next to each other in front of elaborate birthday decorations.

A month before the bash, Fox acknowledged that she and MGK called off the engagement in 2023 during her appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast. Without going into the status of her relationship, she added: “What I can say, that [he is] what I refer to as being my twin soul, and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what. I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow,” she said at the time. “Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain.”
A source told PEOPLE that the rapper’s party, held at his home, was also attended by Tiffany Haddish, Evan Ross, rapper Mod Sun and ex Amber Rose. Post Malone was also featured in photos shared by MGK on April 24.
