In a new Instagram post, Lzzy Hale shared her workout routine.
The Halestorm frontwoman wrote the following along with a video of herself exercising:
“Putting myself through some physical training based around my vocal abilities. Breath work, Stamina, Coordination, Balance, Flexibility and Strength. Felt empowered… thought I’d share. See you all out there on this next epic tour with I Prevail!!”
Lzzy Lost Weight In Recent Months
A few months ago, Lzzy scared her fans by losing a lot of weight. She shared a new look on Instagram, where she tried on different outfits. Hale wrote in the caption:
“Trying out new fits for our upcoming tour in New Zealand and Australia including Knotfest! What do you want to see me adorn onstage?”
Some fans praised the singer and showed their love, but others were worried and said she looked unhealthy. One comment said:
“She doesn’t look healthy… So skinny…”
Another fan admired Hale but also commented on her health:
“Gorgeous as always. I hope everything is ok with you and your health. Worried about you.”
Another said:
“You’re looking too skinny honey… still beautiful though, you worry me.”
Even though some fans said she looked unhealthy, Lzzy Hale has been living healthily. In 2019, she posted on Tumblr about her healthy habits: eating mostly plant-based foods, not drinking alcohol, and walking at least 5 miles daily. She also said that true beauty comes from what you do with your life.
Hale also talked about mental health issues like anxiety and depression before. She said it’s important to accept that everyone has flaws and makes mistakes. She explained that people can connect more deeply with others by acknowledging and overcoming these imperfections. She hopes to inspire fans by being honest about her struggles.
