Lana Del Rey will perform a one-night-only show at Fenway Park on June 20 in what will be her first US stadium appearance.
The performance follows her headlining shows at Coachella and lands in the middle of a handful of international tour dates supporting the “Summertime Sadness” singer’s ninth studio album, “Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd.”
Prior to her summer dates across Europe, Del Rey will headline Hangout Fest 2024 in Alabama on May 17. She’ll restart her tour at the end of the month, heading to Spain, Italy, Portugal, and the United Kingdom, before concluding in France.
The Manhattan-born performer is expected to drop her tenth studio album, “Lasso,” in September. The project is predicted to be a musical detour into country from her usual alternative pop sound.
Tickets for her Boston performance will be available starting with an artist presale on Wednesday at 10 a.m. General on-sale tickets go live on Friday at 10 a.m. on livenation.com.
Fenway Park has hosted a number of notable performances in the past, including pop star Pink’s pair of shows last summer that broke the ballpark’s attendance record. Vermont native Noah Kahan, who threw out the first pitch before the Red Sox’s game against the Chicago Cubs last week, will appear for back-to-back performances in July.
