Kyle Jacobs, a songwriter and husband to singer Kellie Pickler, has died. He was 49.
The Metropolitan Nashville Police Division mentioned Friday in a press release to The Hollywood Reporter that Jacobs’ demise was being investigated as an obvious suicide.
“Nashville’s Division of Emergency Communications obtained a 911 name at 1:21 p.m. Friday from a house on Sneed Highway within the police division’s West Precinct,” the assertion learn. “Officers and Nashville Fireplace Division personnel responded and positioned resident Kyle Jacobs, 49, deceased.”
The assertion continued, “Mr. Jacobs’ spouse, Kellie Pickler, reported that she awoke a short while earlier, didn’t see her husband, and commenced in search of him. After she and her private assistant have been unable to open the door to the upstairs bed room/workplace, the assistant telephoned 911.”
Jacobs and Pickler married in 2011 after being launched by mutual pals a couple of years prior.
Jacobs co-wrote Garth Brooks’ 2007 chart-topping single “Extra Than a Reminiscence,” in addition to Tim McGraw’s “Nonetheless.” Different artists who’ve recorded his songs embrace Hint Adkins, Jo Dee Messina, Craig Morgan and Scotty McCreery.
