The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is facing yet ANOTHER financial lawsuit as a major credit card company has filed a lawsuit alleging she hasn’t paid up on her card!

In legal docs obtained by TMZ on Friday, SAKS/Capital One claimed the 45-year-old was issued a credit card with a limit of $115,000 (!!), and that her most recent payment was $4,179 — all the way back in September of LAST year!
YIKES!
In total, the documents allege Kim owes $156,080.64, racked up over the past several months between charges and credit. And what makes it all an even lower blow for her is that the bank apparently filed the lawsuit on the SAME day Kroy Biermann re-filed for divorce!
Not a good time for momma! As Perezcious readers know, she’s also been wrapped up in a slew of other financial lawsuits in recent months.
