    Kim Miale knows a thing or two about being the only woman in the room.

    The NFL agent and general counsel for Roc Nation Sports teamed up with e.l.f. Cosmetics and PEOPLE to give a pep talk about how she approaches every situation with the utmost confidence.

    Before applying e.l.f’s Halo Glow Liquid Filter, she explains that she’s putting on makeup to speak at a sports conference.

    “I’m the only woman on the panel — of course. And there’s going to be a lot of people there, so it’s super nerve-wracking, especially when I’m running on a few hours of sleep,” she says. “But as a new mom with a baby, a good night’s sleep is hard to come by these days.”

    “And never be intimidated for being the only woman in the room. Look at it as an opportunity instead of a disadvantage,” continues Miale as she applies a touch of e.l.f’s Glow Reviver Lip Oil.

    “The bottom line is: If you approach everything with the utmost confidence, whether it’s public speaking or negotiating a contrast against a room full of men, you won’t lose,” she adds.
