This princess is keeping it sunny.
Kate Middleton stepped out in a cheerful yellow-and-white look to visit Bath, England today, keeping it casual in her favorite Veja sneakers to attend a Mental Health Awareness Week event.
The Princess of Wales, 41, looked summer-ready in a new yellow blazer ($575) from one of her go-to brands, L.K. Bennett — and the hue isn’t just a fun springtime shade: it’s also the color of the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust, which she visited today.
The single-breasted style is described by the label as a “Peggy Guggenheim-inspired bold and bright yellow” and also comes in a pink, cream and navy Prince of Wales check.
She paired the bright jacket with an old favorite ribbed top from H&M and white Alexander McQueen trousers, adding her go-to white Veja Esplar sneakers ($150) with gold accents.
The royal added a white belt and Emily Mortimer white gold-and-diamond hoop earrings ($1,031) with detachable drops.
Royal watchers were loving the bright look, with one commenting on Royal Fashion Police’s Instagram post, “What a ray of sunshine.”

The princess seems to be a big fan of the color, having rocked many a yellow look over the years including the Karen Millen dress she sported last October and the tree-print frock she wore to launch her “Hold Still” photography project in 2020.
She’s also donned her Veja kicks on many occasions, often pairing them with a blazer like the white Zara style she wore earlier this year or the salmon-colored Chloé jacket she sported in 2021.
The trainers proved to be a sensible choice for today’s event as she took part in some training exercises with girls supported by the Trust, which pairs athlete mentors with young people.
The Princess of Wales will visit the Anna Freud Centre in London on Thursday to continue Mental Health Awareness Week.
