Bill had three more children after his split from Goldie. They have a blended family
Kate’s older brother, Oliver, is the eldest of her siblings, born to Goldie and Bill on Sept. 7, 1976. Kate joined the family three years later on April 19, 1979. Just a year later, Goldie and Bill split, finalizing their divorce in 1982.
In 1983, Goldie began dating Kurt, who welcomed his son, Boston, three years earlier in 1980. Though Goldie and Kurt never married, they have been together since, welcoming their only child together, Wyatt, on July 10, 1986.
After his split from Goldie, Bill married his now ex-wife Cindy Williams in 1982, and the pair welcomed two children together: Emily, born the same year, and Zachary, who was born in 1986.
Bill and Cindy divorced in 2000, and the former The Hudson Brothers singer fathered one more child, Lalania, with his girlfriend Caroline Graham in 2006.
Kate, Oliver and Wyatt inherited their parents’ acting genes
Like their parents, Kate, Oliver and Wyatt have all had successful careers as actors. Oliver has starred in several widely recognized TV shows including Rules of Engagement, Nashville, Dawson’s Creek, The Cleaning Lady and more recently, And Just Like That.

Wyatt’s acting chops were put to the ultimate test as he starred opposite his father in an AppleTV+ series that expandedthe Godzilla universe. In Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, two siblings follow “in their father’s footsteps to uncover their family’s connection to the secretive organization known as Monarch,” . “We were being given this opportunity to play the same person, as opposed to the father and son, so we started hammering away at it and saying, ‘Let’s make this good!’ ” Kurt told in November 2023 during a sit-down interview with Wyatt.
Wyatt added that it was more interesting to explore their dynamic playing the same person, rather than a father-son duo.
“[Playing] father and son is like low-hanging fruit,” he told the outlet. “And we’ve never been people, genetically, who have gone for low-hanging fruit. It’s just never been interesting [for me], it’s never been interesting in his career.”
Kate, Oliver and Wyatt have a combined total of eight kids
Kate, Oliver and Wyatt are all busy raising families of their own. Oliver and his wife, , whom he married in 2006, share sons Wilder Brooks and Bodhi Hawn and daughter .

Kate has reconnected with Bill’s children
The Bride Wars actress may not have grown up close to Emily, Zachary or Lalania — who have all lived their lives out of the public eye — but she is reconnecting with them now, she revealed on Sibling Revelry.
“My sister and I and my brother have all just started communicating again,” she said. “And honestly, I got on the phone with my sister and we just started bawling our eyes out. It was so great.”
