In a white tasseled dress featuring a lace-up front, the Almost Famous star sang sang along to lyrics including, “I guess we’re gonna find out/ Oh, we’re gonna find out/ Yeah, I’m gonna find out/ If you’re gonna come up to my house,” in the catchy chorus.
While speaking to host on the show, Hudson said it was the “greatest feeling” to finally be releasing her debut album, which was “two and a half years in the making.”
“It’s like too much to explain… I love music, I’ve loved music my entire life. It was my first love and I’ve been writing music my whole life,” the actress told the host, 49, adding: “I just thought it was something I’d only have for myself until, like, COVID. And then I was like ‘I’ll regret not just putting it out in the world.’ So I did.”
