Jenny Mollen is celebrating Mother’s Day early by treating herself to a mommy makeover.
On May 9, the 44-year-old writer and wife of Jason Biggs posted an Instagram video revealing that she underwent plastic surgery. In the clip, the mom of two is running into the operating room topless. She explained that she was having fat around her knee transferred to underneath her eyes, in addition to a breast lift and chin liposuction.
“What did I do?????? Breast lift, fat transfer, chin lipo, and a three hour stand-up set for what really should be my own Netflix special. @drorentepper 4 EVA! ❤️❤️❤️” she captioned the post.
“I’m feeling pretty good,” said Mollen after surgery, wearing a bandage wrapped around her chin.
She documented her recovery while staying at the Gansevoort Hotel in New York City, adding, “I would say the most painful part was the lipo.”
Mollen later posted a screenshot on her Instagram Stories of a follower asking, “Who did your nose?”
“Nose is my own. The boobs and face volume are all this man,” she wrote alongside a photo of her and her plastic surgeon Dr. Oren Tepper. The author and actress vowed to document her recovery journey and further explain the procedures she got done.

In January 2021, Mollen revealed she underwent her second breast-implant surgery, sharing a nude bathroom selfie with two flame emojis strategically placed over her nipples.
“For awhile I wondered if I would be able to love my second pair of boobs as much as my first but now I’ve come to understand that there is enough room in my heart and on my insta feed for both of them,” she joked in her caption.
Mollen has long been open about her body on social media, from a scary thyroid issue she faced after giving birth to her second child (son Lazlo, now 5) that caused her to lose “an inordinate amount of weight” to her pregnancy and postpartum physiques.
In October 2019, the Live Fast Die Hot author, posted nude for Harper’s Bazaar as a part of a feature on women and their C-section recoveries. Mollen has consistently shared with fans photos of her body during and after pregnancy as well opening up about postpartum depression.
“For me, it wasn’t a scary thing,” she said of the C-section and her scar. “I feel like a lot of women have fear and anxiety around it, and I wanted to show the progression of what it looks like a week after, two weeks after.”
