A cursory glance at ’s summer wardrobe will tell you the era of big pants is here to stay.
The multi-hyphenate has made the a cornerstone of her street style, often zhuzhing up the Gen Z–favored trend with her own unique (and very J.Lo) touches. Now, while house hunting in Los Angeles earlier this week, Lopez once again demonstrated how to style big pants in a grown-up way.
This time around, Lopez relied on a pair of billowing flared jeans from Dior. The denim featured ultra-thin blue and white vertical stripes, plus a pair of outer patch pockets, adding some depth and texture to the otherwise minimalist look.
Up top, she wore a crisp white button-down, with the buttons unfastened and the sleeves loosely scrunched up to her elbows. She finished off the ensemble with some of her favorite seasonal accessories, including dark gray-tinted sunglasses from Gucci and large hoop earrings from Jennifer Fisher.
Lopez has repurposed this uniform formula multiple times throughout the summer. For instance, for a with her 16-year-old kid Emme back in June, the “Can’t Get Enough” singer wore another Dior ensemble. It involved a white button-down tucked into a pair of black pleated and pinstriped trousers. She styled the look at the time with some black satin ballet flats with criss-crossing ankle straps, large black square sunglasses, a black crocodile Birkin bag, and massive hoop earrings.
