Emmerdale‘s Gabby Thomas is forced to face the music next week after her ill-fated attempt to blackmail Billy Fletcher.
Gabby is confronted by Kim Tate as word spreads over her plan to manipulate Billy into doing her bidding.
Friday’s episode (September 1) saw Gabby try to draw Billy into her desire for revenge against her ex-fiancé Nicky Miligan.
Gabby asked Billy to beat Nicky up. When Billy refused, Gabby threatened to tell his wife Dawn about her recent attempt to kiss him – even though he hadn’t done anything wrong.

Spoiler pictures for next week’s episodes show that Gabby’s plan won’t work out well for her.
Monday’s episode sees Gabby double down on her demands, but it backfires when Kim gets involved.
Kim is quick to scold Gabby for her actions, annoyed that she’s causing trouble for their family set-up at Home Farm.
Feeling like she has no support in the village, Gabby ends up making a decision about her future.

Rosie Bentham, who plays Gabby, recently told Digital Spy: “I hope there’s happiness for Gabby. I think it’s going to be a really tough few months coming up – obviously she got left on her wedding day.
“She’s young, she’s going through a lot and a lot of changes. She wants to be successful and she’ll do anything she can to get there. Fingers crossed.”
On Gabby’s romantic future, Rosie continued: “I think she needs some time on her own. She needs to get her head straight and not jump at the first guy who comes through the door – and maybe not another nanny!
“I think she needs to just focus on her work, and focus on her family as well. I think she’s a businesswoman at heart, so [she should] focus on that.”
