Betty A. Bridges, an actress best known for starring in , and , has died. She was 83 years old.
According to , Betty died at the home of her son, star , in Phoenix on Tuesday, Aug. 27.
Rep Elizabeth Much confirmed her death to PEOPLE. Betty had reportedly been in hospice care at Todd’s home when she died, per Deadline.
Honoring his mother after her death, Todd, 59, shared a tribute on Instagram. “1941 – 2024 Betty Bridges,” the caption of read on top of a photo of the actress flashing a beaming smile.
was among the fellow celebrities who left supportive comments on Todd’s post with, “Rest in power Queen.” Said , “Oh Todd, I’m so sorry for your loss! ❤️🕊️.”
