Moon trine Mars in Pisces (18 deg)
The Moon’s square to Venus is a conflict between wants and needs. The need for comfort/familiarity clashes with the desire for something hot and new. This can trigger restless dissatisfaction or excessive displays of affection. Some may try to fill the hole with food. There’s a sense that this thing “should” make you happy but something is still missing.
The trine to Saturn is stabilizing but will be less noticeable than the square. However, you can lean into the undercurrent of calm (perhaps it has a parental vibe). If you crave something that you’re not getting, turn inwards and consider ways you can look after yourself (rather than reaching for externals). Moon square Venus triggers unmet childhood needs and Saturn encourages you to be the parent.
The square to the Nodes brings you to a mini crossroads. The Venus-ruled South Node can pull you back to old relationship habits and unbalanced energies. The Moon’s square to Venus says this will only cause more tension if you chase happiness. The path forward is the Mars – ruled North Node and the Moon makes a harmonious trine to Mars. There’s a flow between actions and feelings -follow your instincts. Go with what feels natural and there will be no resistance. You’ll know you’re on the right path when you move forward effortlessly as opposed to struggling to make a connection or distract yourself with goodies (while still feeling hollow).
This is active over passive and you’re doing it for yourself rather than others. The key is finding a new way to comfort and sooth yourself.
