Mötley Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx shared his thoughts on forming another supergroup. However, it appears that he doesn’t think of forming one right now.
“Have you considered forming a super group. And if so who would you choose,” a user asked him on X after he shared a post with the tag #AskSixx.
“My plate is way too full to add another band to the mix,” the rocker explained. “Ha. Sounds like fun but I don’t see doing that except maybe for a soundtrack song or something.”
In 2021, Sixx formed a supergroup called L.A. Rats. The lineup included himself, Rob Zombie, John 5, and Tommy Clufetos. The band released their first and only single ‘I’ve Been Everywhere’ on May 21, 2021.
The track is featured on the soundtrack for the Netflix movie, ‘The Ice Road.’ It’s still not clear if the metal band got together just for this one song or if this could be the start of something bigger, but they haven’t been active since the release of the movie.
