Sarah Herron has officially welcomed twin daughters!
The “Bachelor” alum, who appeared on Season 17 as well as two season of “Bachelor in Paradise,” and husband Dylan Brown welcomed fraternal twin girls on July 1,
“World, meet Everette Rae & Colette Rose,” she captioned her July 6 post.
The newborns, nicknamed Evy and Coco, were born at 32 weeks and took the new mom by surprise “a whopping 7.5 weeks early,” Herron said.
“We’re all adjusting to life in the NICU as we have a long road ahead of us—undeniably filled with twists and turns—but the girls are fighters and getting stronger every day—we all are,” she said in her caption.
For now, they are taking it step by step.
“Today’s plan: Sleep, breathe and grow!” she added. “Welcome to the world little ones! My heart is completely outside of my body for these two miracles.”
On her Instagram story, Herron also looked back on recent moments that have taken on a whole new meaning.
“Last week we kept seeing so many double rainbows,” she said.

Herron said people thought the double rainbows could have been a “message from the girls” saying they are on the way.
“I have to agree,” Herron wrote.
Herron by sharing pictures of her sonogram. The reality TV star, who went through IVF before both of her pregnancies, originally thought her twins were going to be triplets. She also accidentally revealed the sex of the twins in a post reflecting on the anniversary of Oliver’s death.
“My grief for Oliver is heavy right now as his heavenly birthday 12 days away,” she said at the time. “It hurts so bad, and simultaneously I know he’s sending me these little girls to comfort me right now.”
In a follow-up post, Herron wrote, “Oops. Cat’s outta the bag. But yes, we knew the sex of all our embryos.”
