On Tuesday, Nov. 5, the All That actress shared a screenshot of her day’s total step count and how many pounds she’s lost so far on her Instagram Stories.
“Down 6lbs! 154lbs now 😱,” Bynes wrote in her caption.
According to the update, the former child star burned “481/320 CAL” that day and walked a distance of 6.60 miles. Her step count was at 14,895, with a flight count of 12.
In March, Bynes opened up about how her mental health struggles impacted her weight—also via Instagram Stories—explaining that she had “gained over 20 lbs” over the course of a few months “from being depressed,” .
“I’m doing a lot better now and have learned to do opposite action when I don’t feel like working out or eating clean,” she added.
