Layla agrees, but when the holidays circle back around, she finds it’s almost impossible to get tickets to the sold-out show.
Layla follows a friend’s suggestion to hire a personal concierge service to help her get the tickets. Enter Teddy (Devale Ellis), who seems to have the answers to Layla’s every problem and works hard to get her the tickets.
Milian tells PEOPLE she felt lucky with her costars on the project, directed by Rusty Cundieff. “Devale and Kofi are two very handsome men, but also two very unique guys. That made it easy for the chemistry part,” she says.
