Prior to that, she starred in the hugely successful HBO limited series Mare of Easttown, for which she won an Emmy Award for best actress in a limited series. Alongside The Spot, Winslet is also set to star in and executive produce another HBO limited series, Trust, written and directed by Todd Haynes.

Winslet most recently had a supporting role in James Cameron’s Avatar: Way of the Water, a role she will reprise in the upcoming sequel, Avatar: Fire and Ash, releasing next year.
